Opening Ceremony

Today is the opening ceremony of this program in Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University (VRU). The opening started at 8 a.m. and the president of VRU gave us warm welcome here in the university. Here we also met with our mentor and buddies. In this program got the handbook of sea teacher and book of information of VRU and schools where we will practice teaching

During this opening program there were also cultural exchange from Thai students and Indonesian students

After the opening ceremony and cultural exchange, we had coffee break and they provided us with traditional Thai snack. The taste was similar with Indonesian snack named gethuk.

After coffee break we went to another building for the history of VRU tour. They told us about Princess Valaya Alongkorn, the history of Thailand, etc.

 After the tour, we went to the first floor to the restaurant. Here we had lunch with the famous Thai soup (Tom Yum). I really like this soup because it was very fresh and spicy.

 After lunch we went outside the campus to find mosque because Idul Adha was near so they shown us the mosque near the campus.

That's all the activities on this opening ceremony, let's take a rest and be ready for tomorrow because tomorrow is the orientation at school, yeay!
